What goals are worked on in music therapy?

Music Therapy is the use of music to work on a non-musical skill. The interventions listed to the right are used to target goals for the group and/or individual in the session. Goals may include, but not limited to: increasing coping skills, promoting wellness, assisting relaxation, improving focus, and increasing communication skills.
